Retail Professional

Upon sign up, the Corporate Retail Buyer must designate “Individual Payee” or “Primary Contact” for submitting tracking detail.

Individual Payee Tracking:
  • If Individual Payee Tracking is chosen, you must identify each participant.
    • First and Last Name
    • Valid Email Address (each must be unique for each participant)
  • How Individual Payees can submit their individual sales:
    • They must complete their registration at www.VELrewards.com
    • They can submit tracking detail online
    • Text “VENUE (number of pairs sold)” to 24587
    • Email detail to support@VELrewards.com
  • Submissions must include:
    • Payee Name
    • Quantity Sold
  • Submissions must be completed online or come from the participant’s designated mobile device or email address on record. SUBMISSIONS FOR ANY SALE IN AN ELIGIBLE MONTH MUST BE MADE BY THE FIFTH (5TH) BUSINESS DAY OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
  • Once you’ve identified the participants, each individual will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to complete their registration and submit their sales.
  • A VISION EASE branded reloadable debit card will be issued to each participant completing his or her registration. Funds will be loaded and reloaded onto the cards based on tracking submissions and validation.
Primary Contact Tracking:
  • If Primary Contact Tracking is chosen, you must register each participant.
    • First and Last Name
    • Preferred mailing address for reloadable debit card
    • Valid Email Address
  • How to submit individual sales for your registered participants:
    • Enter them into this site (www.VELrewards.com)
    • Text “VENUE (number of pairs sold)” to 24587
    • Email them to support@VELrewards.com
  • SUBMISSIONS FOR ANY SALE IN AN ELIGIBLE MONTH MUST BE MADE BY THE FIFTH (5TH) BUSINESS DAY OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
  • Once registered the primary contact will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to submit the individual payee sales.
  • A VISION EASE branded reloadable debit card will be issued to each registered participant. Funds will be loaded and reloaded onto the cards based on tracking submissions and validation.
Wholesaler/Lab

Upon sign up, the Wholesale Lab Contact must designate “Individual Payee” or “Primary Contact” for submitting tracking detail.

Individual Payee Tracking:
  • If Individual Payee Tracking is chosen, you must register each payee.
    • INTERNAL EMPLOYEES: Customer Service Rep, Account Owner and/or Lab Manager
    • EXTERNAL PARTNERS: ECPs
    • First and Last Name
    • Valid Email Address (each must be unique for each participant)
  • How Individual Payees can submit their individual sales:
    • They must complete their registration at www.VELrewards.com
    • They can submit tracking detail online
    • Text “VENUE (number of pairs sold)” to 24587
    • Email detail to support@VELrewards.com
  • Submissions must include:
